Communication is Key! You'll meet with Logan on a weekly video coaching call. With Logan's expertise and the customizable features on the Pain-Free Movement App, each person will not only receive workouts that are modified to fit their needs, but can be adjusted each week when necessary.

No worries! Each exercise has instructional videos. Many have 3D animations but some, more personalized videos, are shot by Logan himself.

It's common for people with injuries to feel like they've tried everything with little benefit. You're right to be skeptical! I find that client's have often been missing some vital pieces to their injury recovery process. Those pieces most always revolve around understanding how pain and injury are manifesting in their body and empowering them to take daily action (instead taking shots and pills).
